International Students
Since BIT opened up to the outside world, there have been several thousand students from nearly 50 countries who studied at BIT. In 2010, BIT welcomed more than 700 international students of degree or non-deree programs.
The International Student Center (ISC) at BIT is responsible for international student addmission, registration, visa matters, academic counseling, law guidance and logistic services. Chinese Language Programs and Preparatory Courses for Degree Study are offered. Each semester, 6 levels of Chinese language classes are open to international students. During summer and winter vacations, short-term programs and professional training in various specialties are available for arranged groups.
BIT has designed 110 bilingual courses and te following 4 undergraduate programs are taught in English:
