I. Positions
A. Teaching £¦ research position (Long term: one year and above; Short term: within twelve months)
Responsibility: to undertake collaborative research, disciplinary construction, and international scientific research platform construction, and to engage in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and student supervision.
B. Teaching position (Long term: one year and above; Short term: within twelve months)
Responsibility: to engage in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.
II. Qualifications
Must have a clean legal record;
Have a good personality and teamwork spirit;
Enjoy good health and under the age of 65;
Applicants for the teaching £¦research positions must hold a Ph.D degree and the title of associate or assistant professorship or above. Applicants are expected to demonstrate excellence, originality and productivity in research, and have interest in undergraduate and graduate teaching and supervision, collaborative research and academic exchange.
Applicants for the teaching positions must hold a Ph.D degree and at least three years’ teaching experience in related academic fields. Applicants for language teaching positions must hold a bachelor’s degree or above, a professional certificate of language teaching and at least three years’ language teaching experience; Applicants shall observe the University's rules and regulations in language teaching.
III. Pay and benefits
We implement an annual salary system for long-term teaching £¦ research faculty, and a monthly salary system for teaching faculty, and practice the paid vacation system.

For short-term visiting scholars, BIT will cover one round-trip international air ticket, accommodation and monthly allowance.
